ABOUT KAAN

Kaan Özkan (1989) is from Istanbul, and he has graduated from Advertising as an honor student (3,65/4.00 GPA). He worked as a Brand Ambassador in Samsung Mobile while he was studying at the university. His first contact with Germany was in Erasmus Exchange Program in Wiesbaden. He studied Communication Design in Hochschule RheinMain.

After his graduation, he stayed at Kadir Has University, Istanbul, as an assistant student for his New Media Master Program and became a Part-time Lecturer for Visual Designing class.

Then, he got a job offer from NIVEA Beiersdorf Turkey and had to stop his education career.He worked there as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Jr. Brand Manager for NIVEA MEN.

After three years of working life, he decided to move to Warsaw and lived there for 3,5 years. He had an entrepreneurship experience that did not go so well, but he learned a lot from this fail and never gave up.

He is in Hamburg since 2018. He studied Art Direction Program in Miami Ad School for two years with a 50% success scholarship. He did his internship programs as a Creative Intern for Geometry Global, Facebook, and Scholz & Friends in Hamburg.
